We advised YFM Equity Partners on its investment in TWO Services, a family-run specialist in commercial kitchen cleaning, maintenance and equipment supply. Our role focused on providing tax advice to support the transaction and the business’s next phase of growth. The investment will enable TWO Services to expand its engineering and cleaning teams, strengthen its operations and extend its coverage across the UK, while retaining the family values and culture that have underpinned the business for four decades.
