We advised Argent Industrial on its £10.8m acquisition of Ramsden Group, a UK manufacturer of steel drums, pallets and industrial packaging solutions. Our role focused on providing tax advice to support the transaction, ensuring the acquisition was structured efficiently and aligned with Argent’s international growth strategy. The acquisition marks Argent’s expansion into the UK market, adding established manufacturing operations, valuable property assets and specialist waste management capabilities to strengthen the group’s industrial portfolio.
