We advised on Onecom’s acquisition of Matrix IT, a Microsoft partner providing professional IT services across the South Coast. Our role focused on supporting the transaction from a tax perspective, ensuring the structure aligned with Onecom’s wider acquisition strategy and recent integrations, while managing risk across a growing group. The acquisition strengthens Onecom’s managed IT and Microsoft services capabilities and supports its continued expansion.
