Our role focused on tax advisory support to ensure the transaction was structured efficiently for the outgoing shareholders.

Established in 1974 and based in Bolton, Medway Heating specialises in HVAC, plumbing, and commercial and industrial oil and gas firing systems, serving clients across healthcare, education, retail, local authorities, and leisure. The acquisition marks EverGrowth’s entry into Hard Services as it builds towards becoming a nationwide total facilities management provider.
